IQF Coconut Milk

Coconut milk is an opaque, milky-white liquid extracted from the grated pulp of mature coconuts. The opacity and rich taste of coconut milk are due to its high oil content, most of which is saturated fat.

Coconuts are found on all (sub)tropical coastlines, hence they are used worldwide. It’s creamy texture and impeccable flavour are perfect for savoury stuff like soups, sauces, stews but as well for juices, smoothies and breakfast bowls. For various applications it can be an ideal dairy replacer. The milk is safe, pasteurized and frozen in our beautiful and handy IQF pellets.
